The Wilkhahn Image Data Base web site is an internet service provided by Wilkhahn Wilkening + Hahne GmbH+Co, Fritz-Hahne-Straße 8, 31848 Bad Münder, Germany. Wilkhahn reserves the right to terminate access to contents or to extend or limit the same without prior notice.

1. Use of Image Data Base

   The Wilkhahn Image Data Base is an electronic/manual service for sending digital image data material. The images include product representations, reference photographs, as well as photographs of Wilkhahn architecture and persons. It is governed by international copyright provisions.

   The Wilkhahn Image Data Base is available for professional use. The use of the Wilkhahn Image Data Base is only permissible for such purposes.

   Any distribution of contents of the Wilkhahn Image Data Base is not permitted for personal use or for commercial utilization by third parties. It is strictly prohibited to change or remove copyright clauses, brand names or other parts of the contents.

   Governing law: German. As far as permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany.

2. Disclaimer of warranty and liability

   Wilkhahn does not warrant that the Wilkhahn Image Data Base will be accessible at any time. In addition, Wilkhahn cannot accept any liability for any malfunctions, interference or failure that may arise. Wilkhahn expressly disclaims all liability or warranty for abuse and incorrect operation in the selection or downloading of image material from the Wilkhahn Image Data Base. The same applies to subsequent use, reproduction and manipulation of the image material. In addition, Wilkhahn disclaims all liability and warranty for any errors in key words or description of images in the Wilkhahn Image Data Base.

3. Registration and data protection

   The data required for the purpose of ordering will be stored centrally and processed. Wilkhahn warrants that this will be carried out in strict accordance with German Data Protection Laws.
